Anna-Maria Schlegel and Patrycja Jackowiak founded JOB2 in 2022. The two native Poles have built up optimal networks throughout Europe in their more than 30 years of professional experience in recruitment. Worldwide contacts to employment agencies, activities in Polish and German associations and already several thousand employment agencies are the cornerstones of JOB2. They know exactly what is required for specialists and workers on the German-speaking labor market and what requirements are necessary in order to place the right workers in Germany and to integrate the staff into the environment.
